On Sunday 10 August, Dotty Bridal celebrated the opening of its groundbreaking new bridal concept store, a project long envisioned by founder Shannon Martin and her team. Situated within the newly restored Navigation Warehouse in Wakefield, the store spans an impressive 16,500 sq ft across four floors, making it one of the largest dedicated bridal retail spaces in the UK. Believed to be the first of its kind in both size and concept, the store represents a bold step forward for independent bridal retail, offering an immersive shopping experience designed to elevate the way brides discover and purchase gowns. This landmark launch sets a new benchmark for scale, ambition, and innovation within the UK bridal industry.

Shannon Says "It wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support of everyone who came to celebrate with us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making that moment so special. But this is just the beginning. Our new store is now the go to destination for everything bridal from wedding gowns, bridesmaids, and Mother-of-the-Bride attire, Occasion wear to bespoke styling and an in house seamstress. We’re here, the doors are open, and we can’t wait to meet everyone who steps through them."
As Dotty Bridal embarks on this exciting new chapter, we wish Shannon and her dedicated team every success. Their vision, passion, and commitment to redefining the bridal retail experience are sure to inspire both brides and the wider industry. May this remarkable concept store flourish as a beacon of innovation and continue to set new standards for bridal excellence in the UK and beyond.
