Patricia DeLaunay, and Mark and Chris Russell, join the Maggie Sottero Design Team

This week Maggie Sottero announced the addition of new design talent. Patricia DeLaunay joins as the brand’s first Global Sustainability Director/Designer, contributing twenty years of design expertise to the team. An Otis College of Art and Design Fashion graduate, Patricia has spearheaded the company's sustainability initiatives, including the 2024 mentorship program. Impassioned by a future of sustainable fashion, Patricia shared her vision upon joining the team: "It's an honour to bring my sustainable design experience and love for bridal fashion to a brand prioritising its environmental sustainability efforts."

In tandem with this exciting development, Maggie Sottero also welcomes Mark and Chris Russell, who bring over two decades of unparalleled experience in bridal fashion to their esteemed design team. Drawing inspiration from the timeless lines and exquisite proportions of neoclassical art and architecture, their creations showcase elegant silhouettes adorned with intricate details that enhance the wearer's figure and gracefully contour and elongate the body. Upon joining the Maggie Sottero team, Mark and Chris expressed their enthusiasm: "We are thrilled to infuse Maggie Sottero with our distinctive design aesthetic, contributing to the enduring legacy of this beloved heritage brand."

Patricia, Mark, and Chris join forces with Maggie's accomplished Lead Designer, Edric Woo, operating under the guidance of CEO and Creative Director Kelly Midgley and a team of exceptionally talented design assistants.
